Her success in these competitions showcases her exceptional abilities and commitment to excellence.

Amalia Mia Lang is indeed 34 years old, and she was born in Russia. Currently, she resides on the stunning island of Mallorca. Her journey in pole dancing began a decade ago, and in 2014, she achieved a significant milestone by founding her own pole studio called "Zero Gravity Pole." This accomplishment holds great significance to her and stands as a testament to her dedication and passion.

From cheerleading to Physical Therapist

Before discovering her love for pole dancing, Amalia spent approximately 10 years as a cheerleader. Additionally, she is a licensed Physical Therapist and a Fitness and Health Coach, showcasing her commitment to overall well-being. Beyond pole dancing, Amalia also possesses talents in contortion and hair suspension artistry, further highlighting her versatility and creativity.

Contributing to the growth of others

In addition to her personal accomplishments, Amalia finds immense joy in teaching and choreographing routines for her students. Sharing her passion for sports and movement, she helps her students develop their skills and express themselves through dance. This role as an instructor brings her immense fulfillment and allows her to contribute to the growth and development of others.

For Amalia, pole dancing and sports, in general, serve as her source of therapy. They provide her with a sense of liberation and freedom, enabling her to defy gravity and explore new possibilities. Living in Mallorca offers her the opportunity to engage in various water sports, expanding her repertoire of activities and further embracing an active and adventurous lifestyle.
